Whether you are grieving the loss of someone or something, or you need to forgive yourself or others, I am here for you.

After losing my beloved Dad in 2016, I chose to honor my love for him by truly feeling every emotion that swept through me. Doing so changed me in so many profound ways. It was because of this, that I chose to dig deep in understanding the process and ultimately add a grief & forgiveness certification to my coach offerings.

I wish I would have known about the tools then. I wish I would have had someone that understood what it means to fully process grief guiding me through it at my own pace. You don’t have to go through your grief alone or without resources. I am here for you.

Grief has no timeline and may last a lifetime. We can suffer anxiety and stress. We may struggle with family traditions. Some feel guilt or regret. Some have fear about what the future looks like now. All of these things are normal.

So it’s true, when all is said and done, grief is the price we pay for love.

Forgiveness may or may not be part of the equation. Forgiveness may not be caused by a loss at all. The need for forgiveness can feel complicated but in your heart you know it is essential to your well-being. You have suffered long enough. There is relief for you and you deserve it.

RESILIENCE IS NOT ABOUT OVERCOMING, BUT BECOMING.

Grief and love are sisters, woven together from the beginning. Their kinship reminds us that there is no love that does not contain loss and no loss that is not a reminder of the love we carry for what we once held close.
