My Training: I am a Professional Coach Certified by, The institute for professional excellence in coaching as well as a Certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Master Coach. My forgiveness training was done directly under Mary Hayes Grieco, Director of The Midwest Institute for Forgiveness Training. I earned my Grief Certification through the Grief to Gratitude Program (accredited by the International Coach Federation). I am a Reiki Master, certified in Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Ryoho, through the Minnesota Reiki Center for Healing and Training. I am trained as a Crisis Counselor through the Crisis Text Line & a licensed Appreciative Living learning circle facilitator. I hold a, Building Personal Resilience (BPR) Certification from HeartMath, LLC.
